Place Your Order
Add your selected plants to the cart and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide your shipping address and payment information to complete the order.
Order Confirmation & Preparation
Once your order is confirmed, our team will prepare your plants for shipping. This includes obtaining the necessary phytosanitary certificates and export documentation.
Shipping & Tracking
Your plants will be carefully packaged and shipped to your location. You'll receive tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
Import Requirements
Before ordering plants from Thailand, please familiarize yourself with the import regulations of your country. Here are some general requirements and information:
Documentation We Provide
- Phytosanitary Certificate from Thailand's Department of Agriculture
- CITES permits for protected species (where applicable)
- Commercial Invoice and Packing List
- Detailed plant care instructions
- Export declaration forms
Customer Responsibilities
- Verify your country's plant import regulations

The following plant species are prohibited for export from Thailand under the Plant Varieties Protection Act B.E. 2518:

Shipping Information
Our Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping options to ensure your plants arrive safely and in optimal condition. Our team carefully selects the most appropriate method based on your location, the types of plants ordered, and current weather conditions.
Express Air Freight (3-5 days)
Recommended for most shipments, especially for delicate or rare plants. Includes tracking and priority handling.
Standard Air Freight (5-10 days)
Economical option for hardy plants and larger orders. Includes basic tracking.
Sea Freight (30-45 days)
Available for very large orders and certain hardy plants. Most economical for bulk shipments.
Our Packaging Process
Preparation
Plants are carefully removed from their growing medium, roots are cleaned and wrapped in moist sphagnum moss to maintain hydration during transit.
Protection
Each plant is individually wrapped in breathable paper, then secured with biodegradable tape. Delicate leaves and stems are supported with bamboo stakes when necessary.
Insulation
Plants are placed in insulated boxes with heat packs (in cold weather) or cooling packs (in hot weather) to maintain optimal temperature throughout the journey.
